Come for the exercise, come for the competition, come for the camerarderie, come to run for your charity. The Women's 10K is the longest established race event in Liverpool dating back to 1986. The event is set in the pleasant surroundings of Liverpool's oldest park - Sefton Park.
Entry fee for the 10km route is £16 club members, £18 non club members and an entry fee of £14 for the 5km route. Entries can be made either by visiting the runliverpool website and downloading an entry form or by entering on the website online. A route map of the 10km and 5km course can also be viewed. The 10km route is traffic free, flat and consists of one lap of the beautiful park. There will be a Medal, T-Shirt and Goody bag for all finishers. Other races around Liverpool coming up include the Mersey Tunnel 10km taking place on May 30, 2010.
