This is a popular run tht is always well organised. Due to the openness of the course, the wind is usually a strong one on race day but that didnt stop many runners last year giving the race a strong rating of 84% with 93% saying that they would do it again.
Below are some comments from last year's runners:
"Another well organised event at Silverstone with straightforward chip collection and an entertaining public announcement system providing updates all night long. Conditions on the track were very windy with little or no protection offered by the wide open track. But nonetheless the Silverstone circuit is a splendid venue and offers some impressive scenery."
"Second time of running, as usual great organisation and friendly atmosphere. It's great to run on the Grand Prix track. A bit windy on the back straight this year but calmed around Abbey corner. Shame there was no momento (except a small bottle of water) but the opportunity to get a PB and run at Silverstone is well worth it!"
Entry forms can be downloaded from the official website along with more race day information. Entry fees are £7 / £9 for club members / non-club members.
