Up & Running Keswick

Up & Running, the UK-based specialist running retailer, has opened the doors to a new store in Keswick, in the Lake District. Experienced staff can advise customers on the right choice of running shoe, with digital gait analysis using Dartfish software.

Paul, the store's manager, brings extensive running experience to the shop. He has represented Wales on the mountains on several ocassions and competes regularly in road and cross country events around the country, as well as taking part in various events across Europe.

The shop is now open to customers on Keswick's Main Street, opening Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10.30am-4.30pm.
