Warrington's Spectrum Striders are hosting a 'Running Repairs' talk with Dr Patrick Milroy at Birchwood Golf Club on Friday June 25 2010, giving runners the chance to hear about Patrick's experiences as a runner, GP and sports injury specialist.

In the talk, DR Milroy will introduce themes from his new book 'Running Anatomy', designed to help improve running speed, strength and endurance, as well as talk about common ruining injuries, how to avoid them and their remedies.

Dr Milroy has entertained the club several times over the years and this evening looks to be an educational and enjoyable one. The £5 ticket price includes a hot-pot supper. For more info, contact Andy Garnett.
