Catch the Early Bird To Cumbria

The Great Cumbrian Run will take place on October 10 2010 and entries are currently available at a special early bird price. Described as Cumbria's best loved half marathon event, the day will also include a family fun run around Bitts Park in Carlisle.
The course will start at Carlisle Castle and pass through the city centre, before taking in the picturesque villages of Cumwhinton, Wetheral and Scotby. Runners will return to Carlisle through Rickerby and Bitts Parks, before the grand stadium finish at the Sheepmount Stadium. With around 3000 runners expected at the event, the race is sure to have a fantastic atmosphere.
Early Bird Entry to the race is just £20.50, a saving of £2 from the main price.
