Beginner Group In Gateshead

People looking to take up running in Gateshead can now join the new Run In England group in the area, specially for beginners who want to run in a fun and safe environment, at their own pace.
Will Mapplebeck has set up the group on Gateshead's Quayside and he is on hand at each session to make sure no one is left behind. The group will meet on Monday evenings at 6.30pm at the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art, NE8 3BA.
This is the second Run in England beginners group in the Tyne and Wear area, with a group already established from Monkton Stadium and run by Simon Simpson and Andrea Fyall.
