Rush To The Top Of Liverpool's Tower

15 OCT2010

A Vertical Rush runner climbing the stairs

Shelter is challenging runners to climb 138 metres to the top of Liverpool's Radio City Tower on Sunday and there are still places available for this unique event. Runners will set off in waves and will run up the 558 steps to the top of St Johns Beacon, supported by the Shelter team all the way up to the top. On reaching the peak, runners will be able to relax and enjoy stunning panoramic views of the city at a drinks reception with fellow runners.

Each runner will be timed and will receive a text message to let them know how fast they were able to rush to the top. Registration is just £20, so if you are stuck for something to do this weekend, give yourself a health kick and support a great cause. All information can be found on the Shelter website.
