Bound Down To Baildon

18 NOV2010

Runners in the Baildon Boundary Way

Entries are now open for the 17th Baildon Boundary Way half marathon, taking place on Sunday, April 10, 2011. The race is limited to a 400 runners, so anybody looking to race is urged to get their entries in quickly for this multi-terrain event, especially since last year's race was sold out more than 13 weeks before race day!

Race day will also includes a non competitive walk, which does not have a limit on entries. Any runners who don't manage to secure a place in the race can enjoy the course at a more leisurely pace instead. Organisers recommend that runners enter the race online, as only a very limited number of postal entries will be accepted.

The race always aims to raise money for charity and last year raised £2,400 for Martin House Children's Hospice, a local charity which provides care for children and young people with progressive life-limiting illnesses. The Hospice is based in Boston Spa, Wetherby and cares for children from throughout the Yorkshire region.

Enter the Baildon Boundary Way online now, priced at just £14/12.
