Urbanathlon 2011 Announced

Urbanathlon will return to Manchester in 2011 with a 5K race on July 31 2011. Runners can run, climb and slide their way around the urban obstacle course, with next year seeing the fourth race of its kind to come to the city.

Runners will start on the 2002 Commonwealth Games track, before climbing the 'Stairway to Heaven' at the MCFC stadium. They will take on the fireman's water slide and even scramble a giant haystack before the finish line.
