Actress Alicia Silverstone, star of films like Clueless and Batman & Robin, is saying lots of good things about the Green Silence shoe from Brooks on her website - thekindlife.com. The site, an interactive extension of Silverstone's book, 'The Kind Diet', promotes 'living your healthiest and happiest life to the fullest, while taking care of mama Earth at the same time!'

Billing the shoe as the 'most eco running shoe', Alicia Silverstone says: "Friends recently sent me details of the Brooks Running Green Silence shoe. It's made from recycled materials and dyed with soy-based inks! It's always nice to find sustainably-made running shoes!"
