Jamie Praises Halo

Sprint ace Jamie Baulch, interrupted his Virgin London Marathon training, to praise the attributes of a new range of sports detergent and hygiene products. The Welsh athlete, who holds a World Indoor Championship gold medal (400m-1999) and World gold and Olympic silver for his relay endeavours, kicked off a UK-wide campaign to promote the Halo range of products including the impressive Halo Proactive sports wash.

Jamie told northernrunningguide.com: "I'm looking forward to the Virgin London Marathon next month and have a target time in mind although it's my first attempt at the distance. My old mate Iwan Thomas is going again this year and hoping to beat his time from 2010 - 3:58; my aim is to finish in front of him. I'm running for Barnardo's so it'll be great to enjoy the tremendous atmosphere on race day."
