There’s just a matter of hours remaining for anyone looking to take part in West Yorkshire’s newest road race, the Pontefract 10K. This Sunday’s (17 June) race has an entry cut off that closes at midnight this evening (Wednesday 13 June).
The 10k looks set to be a cracker with participants in for the ideal start and finish point at Pontefract Park. Organised by The Prince of Wales Hospice, the event features full road closures, chip timing and water stations plus event T-shirt and finisher's medal.
What’s more, entry is priced at just £18, or £16 for affiliated runners. Get your skates on if you want to be part of this Sunday’s Pontefract 10K! Registration is available here.
