Specialist retailer ashmei has issued a call for ambassadors to represent the brand over the course of the year. The retailers are looking for four individuals to create an online presence through social media/blogs and who are looking to ‘challenge themselves to extend their physical boundaries through their races and adventures.’
Founded by Stuart Brooke, ashmei has become known for producing high-quality, stylish running apparel. The brand made its first venture into the racing scene last summer with two events, an 18 mile trail run and 33 mile ultra, both of which took place at Ullswater Lake.
Potential applicants for the ambassadorial position are to apply by 2 March. The role will include the following: attend one or two photoshoots throughout the year; review kit using video or blog posts; use social media to increase coverage; create blog posts to appear on ashmei website; take part in ashmei races.
Interested runners are encouraged to fill out an information sheet on the ashmei Facebook page and state why they would like to become an ambassador. All shortlisted athletes will meet at ashmei HQ in Berkshire on 8 March.
