The Running Show

Organisers of The Running Show have revealed that this year's event will take place on the weekend of 23 and 24 November, with a number of new additions, including an Ultra Zone and The Trail, also confimed. Fast becoming one of the main running exhibitions in the UK, the venue Sandown Park will host over 100 brands - from nutrition, to apparel, to physio services and rehabilitation, to shoes and training advice-all over the course of a weekend.

The all-new Trail and Ultra Zone will offer runners the chance to gain valuable advice on kit, nutrition and training, and to see what races are on offer around the globe. For those that favour shorter distance, 10k, 5k and 2k runs will be held around the historic racecourse.

David Townsend, show director, said: "The show is designed to help all runners - whether preparing for their first 5k or gearing up for their tenth ultra-marathon - get the most out of their sport. We've got some excellent new additions this year and will provide a range and depth of brands and advice on everything from nutrition to training to race day tips. Our goal is to provide valuable, interactive content for all visitors."
