Ever get the feeling that, despite training on a regular basis, you are making very marginal, if any, progress? Throughout the month of February, a number of Up and Running stores across the UK will look to help runners solve this quandary by hosting a series of free training events.
Starting in the Liverpool branch on Thursday 7 February, attendees will be given the opportunity to get free physio advice, gait assessment and training plans. Confirmed events include Newcastle (11 February) Darlington (13 February), Huddersfield (13 February), Manchester (21 February).
There are also planned sessions in Chester, Harrogate, Keswick, Nottingham, Wakefield and York, with dates yet to be decided. For more information, visit the Up and Running facebook page.
