With a number of high-profile spring events appearing on the horizon - most notably the London and Great Manchester Marathons - Up and Running is offering a series of training advice events that are designed to help runners 'Tear Down the Wall'.
The sessions, which take place at various outlets across the country, begin on the first week of April and are ideally suited for anyone preparing for a race. The series includes suggestions about hydration and nutrition, with representatives from High 5 and Science in Sport offering expert guidance.
There will also be advice on any last minute niggles, and an analysis of footwear to check your shoes will last the distance. To find out when your nearest branch will be hosting a Tear Down the Wall session, visit the Up and Running facebook page.
