The event is completely traffic free, measured course and UKA insured!
Each lap will be timed using our live chip timing system that allows you to see your split, average and Gun and Net time for the race.

Prizes	League Prizes: - The races are run over 4 weeks and this means that league positions will be awarded. - We will also award prizes for Course PB Improvers – basically, those who show the most percentage improvement over 3/4 races. - The top 3 men and women from the Performance League will win a voucher. Both league prizes require a minimum of 3 races to qualify. Each race: - Prizes for first 3 Men and Women. - Normal Age Category Prizes for Men and Women. - Team prizes for first 3 male/females from one Club. Time Prizes: As an extra incentive this year there will be a £50 SportsShoes.com voucher to the first male runner to run under 15:20 mins and the first female runner to get under 17:30 minutes.
